"Web Design" can mean different things to different people. I define it as designing a website's "look and feel". The images and layout that make up a website. Web development is basically everything else: data collection and processing. The stuff that happens behind the scenes.

I named Iocaste for one of Jupiter's irregular moons, a moon that doesn't take the same path twice.
